Last Interaction Column in Admin - Users Table
We have added a new column in the Admin section, under the Users table, to display the user's "Last Interaction" with DeepHow. This allows administrators to quickly view and track the most recent activity of each user, providing better insights into user engagement. -
Please Note: We'll be able to show the Last Interactions since Dec 2023. The new column will be empty for users who last accessed DeepHow before that date.
User Skill Completion Time - View History
-
We have enhanced the Skills section by adding the ability to track the exact time of user skill completions. This update enables administrators to view a detailed history of when users complete their skill assessments, allowing for more precise monitoring of user progress.
We are adding within Skill management -> Users tab -> a new column named View History
- Viewers will also be able to view their history, including completion percentages and viewing dates so that users can provide dates to superiors to show specific content was watched.

Hi Andrea Zamparini - can you detail what defines 'last interaction' ? User login?
0 -
when users do not log out, their user login will not display their interactions with the app (watching videos, taking quizzes, etc). Due to this, we are adding a new column to show users last interaction Audrey Van de Castle let me know if this helps!

Overdue!

hi Andrea Zamparini - sorry the double negative in your sentence is confusing a bit - if i remove the double negative - 'when users are logged in, their info will display interactions' ? does this mean, the 'last interaction' of a user means just the last time that they logged in? or are there other actions a user can take which will be differentiated in this field?

The user login field currently only displays when the user last physically logged in. It does not reflect the interaction with the app.
For users who do not log in often as they potentially use the same device and don't log out, we are adding the last interaction field so that an admin can determine if the user is actively using the platform, despite not having physically logged in a while.
I hope this clarifies Audrey Van de Castle

PLEASE include the last interaction date column in the Analytics > Users > Export Table offering too!
We need to run accurate reports on who is using DeepHow recently and who is not. By having the last interaction date in the export we can better understand who is no longer using DeepHow we can offer our leadership a clearer picture of who is using DeepHow and better manage licenses related to employee turnover.4 -

Great idea Bruce Skillin,
This will make running reports much easier since we are now tying 'DeepHow' as one of the platform usage determinations for internal promotions.0 -
