Adding a Component for Adjusting the Overall audio speed of TTS
-
Add a global speed dropdown menu to the TTS editor page, positioned at the bottom left corner.
The speed dropdown menu should include the following options:
0.5x
0.75x
1x speed (default)
1.25x
1.5x
-
-
When the user selects the 1.5x option from the global speed dropdown menu:
- All content blocks' speed settings should be updated to 1.5x.
- New content blocks' speed settings should be 1.5x.
- After adjusting the speed, the content blocks should maintain a dashed border, indicating that the changes will only take effect once the user clicks the 'Generate all' button.
- When the user adjusts the speed of an individual content block:
- The value of the global speed dropdown menu should change to 'Mixed Speed' to indicate that the content blocks have varying speed settings.
- New content blocks' speed settings should be 1x.
-
Optimizing the Logic between Cut and TTS
-
We are implementing a new visual indicator to convey the status of TTS to users. This will offer a more user-friendly experience with thoughtful alerts.
-
Green dot: The green dot indicates that the TTS are properly configured and no further adjustments are needed.
-
When the user enters the TTS and saves the TTS progress, the TTS status indicator should display a green dot upon returning to the Transcription page.
-
- Orange dot: If the user re-enters the Cut tool after configuring TTS and completes the Cut, the TTS status indicator should change to an orange dot, indicating that the TTS may require readjustment
Entering TTS after Cut completion:
-
Proceeding to Segmentation with Orange Dot:
-
When the user attempts to proceed to the Segmentation while the TTS status indicator is displaying an orange dot, a new warning dialog should be presented to the user.
-
Refining the logic for changing voices
-
-
When the user changes the voice and clicks 'Generate All':
-
Audio blocks that have been dragged will not revert to their default length. However:
-
If the original voice has a slower speech rate and the new voice has a faster speech rate, the length will be maintained.
-
If the original voice has a faster speech rate and the new voice has a slower speech rate, the length will be based on the slower speech rate of the new voice (replacing the original audio block length).
-
-
When the user changes the voice and clicks 'Generate All':, Empty blocks will maintain the length they have been dragged to.
