Here we will demonstrate the various actions that can take place on a workflow tile. Begin cleaning up your workspaces by moving, renaming unpublishing workflows.
Actions on a Published Workflow Tile:
- Navigate to the workflow tile and select the ellipsis (three dots).
- Here you have the options to either move the workflow, which you would have to select the workspace group along with the workspace to move it.
- You also have the option to unpublish this workflow directly from the workflow tile.
- You would select Yes to unpublish and it will move to the Unpublished section
- You also have the option to delete the workflow. You'll have a pop-up remind you that once you delete this, you will not be able to retrieve the steps back. Select yes delete.
Actions on a Unpublished Workflow Tile:
- On an unpublished workflow, you have the option to rename the workflow directly.
- You have the option to duplicate the workflow. It will duplicate and be named with Copy in front of the duplicate. Please note if the workflow is already split out into steps, that any changes to either workflow will happen simultaneously on the other
- With the information icon, you have the option to see the workflow version history
- This will show you who created the workflow and when anyone has unpublished the workflow to make any edits
