Below are the steps to confirm your Blue Parrot device is connected to DeepHow Capture and selected as the active microphone. We will review both Android and iOS devices.
Please Note: Per the Blue Parrot website, the headsets are designed for mobile devices.
The steps below are using the following:
Headset - BlueParrott Model B450-XT
Android Version - 12
iOS Version - 16.0
Android
1. Confirm the Blue Parrot Headset is turned on . This can be confirmed by the Blue Blinking light (this will vary by Model)
2. Confirm the Blue Parrot Headset is paired on with your Mobile Device. This can be confirmed by selecting Settings / Bluetooth and confirming the Blue Parrot Headset is connected.

3. Open the DeepHow Capture App
4. Select Record and rotate your device
5. Once Rotated you will see the Microphone options listed at the bottom. You will need to confirm the Blue Parrot Headset is selected.
*The Blue Parrot Headset is displayed as the Model # and Version
6. From this point you begin your workflow capture as usual by selecting the Red Record button.
iOS
1. Confirm the Blue Parrot Headset is turned on . This can be confirmed by the Blue Blinking light (this will vary by Model)
2. Confirm the Blue Parrot Headset is paired on with your Mobile Device. This can be confirmed by selecting Settings / Bluetooth and confirming the Blue Parrot Headset is connected.
3. Open the DeepHow Capture App
4.Select Record
4. Select Record and rotate your device
5. Once Rotated you will see the Microphone options listed at the bottom. You will need to confirm the Blue Parrot Headset is selected.
