Categories: Workflow categories are created by the Org Admin, typically a Core Team Member. Categories allow a publisher to further organize or “tag” each workflow when publishing a video. When searching for a video, a user can select specific categories (or tags) to filter results making it easier to locate a video amongst all workflows.

To create categories, navigate to the Admin section-> Categories

You can Create category here with the button and name it what you wish.

You will need to add an item within that category. Select add Item and name it what you wish.

Go back to your workflow and when you select publish, you will be able to select the categories for this workflow
- When searching for workflows, users can refine their search by selecting categories.
