Within the admin section you can:
- Create workspace groups and you can add public or private workspaces within them.
- You can create workspaces and add users to each workspace.
- You have the ability to create teams which can be utilized when you have a group of users that need to be added to a skill.
- Here is where you could add and deactivate users to DeepHow. You can see their last login date.
You are also able to see their emails along if they have an employee ID.
You will see different icons for the specific user roles like org admins will have a yellow circle with a crown and shared devices will have a grey circle with the three people icon. - You can create businesses to organize your content even further.
Within the settings:
- You have the option to add workflow categories. Here is another way to organize your workflows in your content library.
- You could change the default interface language across the several different workspaces that you have.
- You could alter permissions so you have the ability to change which user roles has access to each product.
- You also have the ability to allow users to change their profile name, add workflow comments,
create a reviewer for your workflows, add auto-logout and more
