Improvements

• In this release, users can add workflows from private workspaces to a skill. These workflows will show a private lock icon when added to the skill. Please Note: If a skill manager accidentally assigns a skill that includes private workflows to a viewer who doesn’t belong to the private workspace, the viewer will see the video counts and total video length. However, when they click on that skill, they won’t be able to view the private workflows.
• We are revamping the UI on the Navigator app. We are adding the linked workspace group and workspace that the workflow is located in (breadcrumbs)
• We are improving the search on the Navigator by adding recommended keywords underneath the search box and highlighting the search term in blue wherever found
• We are adding a rule that viewers can not log in to the Capture app

• Fixed an issue where some terms in the invite email were not translated correctly
