New Features

1. AI Quizzing:
   • What Are AI-Generated Quizzes? Once a workflow is at the builder stage, the publisher can ask the AI to generate questions based on the content within the workflow. Once published, a user can navigate to the workflow within the navigator and test their knowledge. Users can also be assigned workflows and be required to pass a quiz before moving on to the next workflow within the skill.

2. New and Improved Navigator App for iOS and Android:

   • Enhanced Stability: Our new Navigator App is engineered to provide a seamless and reliable navigation experience like never before. Say hello to smoother journeys ahead!

3. Security Watermark:

   • Adding watermark of user ID when playing back. adding a new setting for Org Admins to turn on/off security watermarks, that will be displayed when users play a workflow.
   • 
4. Languages: 
   • We now support Spanish UI on the Navigator app.
   • We are adding Finnish as a Text-to-Speech (TTS) language.
   • We are adding Kurdish as an output language.

Improvements

1. User Interface:

   • Users can now record screen without a microphone
   • 
   • Within the Editor, a user can now copy the transcription at all stages: Transcription, Segmentation, and the Builder - a copy icon has been added on translations and review transcription.
   • The user pop-up in the Admin section displayed user's Workspace only. We added Workspace Group next to the Workspace.
   • 
   • We removed the 'Edit Video' button underneath the video on the transcription step and moved the Editing Tool options previously found under 'Edit Video' on the transcription step:
     • Edit Video
     • Cut
     • Rotate
     • Voice Over
     • Text to Speech

2. Skill Management:

   • We had added limits for Skill names to prevent HTML injection using the following characters: [";", "[", "]", "<", ">", "", "/", "?", "=", ":", """, ","].

3. Navigator App:

   • Now when users click on the DeepHow workflow links, it will automatically open the Navigator App.
4.  User Authentication:
   • Users can determine their login status through the endpoint scanner on the Navigator app. Learn more about the endpoint scanner in our Knowledge Base article here. 
   • 
   • Users can change passwords and follow the new password rule on the Navigator app (note: This does not apply to users logging in via SSO
   • 
5.  Text to Speech updates: 
   • Adding a Component for Adjusting the Overall audio speed of TTS with a global speed dropdown menu positioned at the bottom left corner with options: 0.5x, 0.75x, 1x (default), 1.25x, 1.5x.
   • When the user selects the 1.5x option:
     • All content blocks' speed settings should be updated to 1.5x.
     • New content blocks' speed settings should be 1.5x.
     • After adjusting the speed, the content blocks should maintain a dashed border, indicating that the changes will only take effect once the user clicks the 'Generate all' button.
   • When the user adjusts the speed of an individual content block:
     • The value of the global speed dropdown menu should change to 'Mixed Speed' to indicate varying speed settings.
     • New content blocks' speed settings should be 1x.
     • 
6. AI Quizzing Updates: 
   • We are adding a quiz icon on a workflow on the top right to display it contains a quiz. This will be visible in workflow searches, Navigator, skill lists, and skill management search.
   • 
   • Users will now be able to take quizzes on the mobile Navigator app.
   • 
   • We added a total question count along with the question type count in the quiz editor.
   • 

Bug Fixes

1. Attachment & Transcription:

   • Fixed an issue where the attachment links URLs were overlapping.
   • Fixed an issue when copying the transcription wouldn't copy the step names.

2. Workflow Issues:

   • Fixed an issue where workflows were getting stuck in transcoding.
   • Fixed an issue where workflow fails to save after adding Text-to-Speech.
   • Fixed an issue where publishing quiz questions causes error 400.
   • Fixed an issue with AI Quizzing where questions were generated from deleted steps.
   • Fixed an issue within the Navigator where annotations did not display after the 1st step.

3. Capture App:

   • We optimized the UX for pausing recording - when pausing a recording on the Capture app, the app would shut down.
