Issue: User accidently deletes a video captured on the their device and needs to recover it. A lot of the time, the user does not remember the name of the workflow or it was never uploaded to DeepHow and they need to get it into DeepHow.

Resolution:

Android -
Google Photos

1. Open the Google Photos app
2. Tap Library Trash
3. Touch and hold the video to restore, and then tap Restore.
4. Deleted videos backed up in Google Photos are kept in the trash for 60 days, while videos deleted from an Android 11 or newer device without backup are kept in the trash for 30 days.

iOS-

1. Deleted videos on an iPhone can be recovered from the Recently Deleted album within 30 days. After 30 days, the video is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. To recover a deleted video from the Recently Deleted album:
2. Open the Photos app
3. Select Albums
4. Tap Recently Deleted under utilities (at the bottom)
5. Use Face ID or Touch ID (if applicable) to unlock the album
6. Select the video to recover
7. Tap Recover
