If you are attempting to utilize the Screen Record feature and it is not working/nothing is recording, please try these troubleshooting steps before reaching out to Support:
- Ensure you have a microphone on your desktop (either via a headset with a microphone or a USB microphone or the built in microphone on the desktop)
- Ensure you are utilizing an up to date version of Chrome - For supported browser versions and supported OS versions , please review our IT Requirements.
- Allow DeepHow.ai access to use your microphone. The first time you screen record, you will receive a pop-up to confirm access to the microphone. If you want to change this at any time, navigate to your Browsers settings -> Privacy and Security -> Site Settings -> Microphone -> Allow Access to DeepHow.ai
