  • Fine-tune the alignment of text across your entire workflow with each text audio track

Multi-Editing 

• Editing workflows is a lot easier now with our multiple edit tool. Edit the video to select multiple sections to delete without having to re-record a video

Workspace Groups 

• Workspace groups enables organizations to efficiently organize their workspaces based on departments, locations, or specific categories. This will streamline your organization process by grouping similar workspaces under the hierarchy of a workspace group
• 

 Version History

• This feature allows users to track and identify who edited the video content last. Having a clear record of version history enhances quality control, accountability, and transparency

Loop Workflows 

• Users can loop Steps or Workflows within the Navigator. In the lower bar of a workflow, select the loop button once to repeat the workflow once. Click the loop button twice to loop just the step and click it a third time to go back to default of not repeating

Reactions, Comments, and Feedback

• Users will now be able to react to Workflows! There are 4 reactions available: Like it , Great Content, Well Presented and Nice Production
• Users are now able to write feedback to the workflow publisher
• Users are now able to write comments for workflows if the comments feature is turned on
  by an Org Admin inside the Admin section

Key Terms 

• Adding key terms to workflows is essential for users as it simplifies content comprehension, improves navigation, and ultimately boosts knowledge retention, resulting in more effective learning

User Profile 

• User profile is a new feature available for all users in DeepHow. While in the profile settings, users have the ability to see all workflows they’ve created to date and which workspaces they belong to, along with other general information. Profile management is crucial for users to personalize their experience and maintain accurate information, while ensuring a seamless and tailored interaction within the platform

Mobile App Updates: 

• New Capture App for iOS and Android
  • Increased stability
  • Save to Device: All videos will be saved to device
  • Admins can now set an auto-logout timer. If a user doesn't take any action (uploading, recording, editing, watching a workflow, or importing) they will be automatically logged out
