- When you are within the navigator, you will be able to see workspaces with Pins. The pin icon represents the workspaces that you are assigned to.
- The Bookmark icon represents the workspaces that a user has favorited. Bookmarked workspaces will display after pinned workspaces, followed by other workspaces in alphabetical order.
- If a workspace is both pined and bookmarked, the pin icon will be displayed
- To bookmark a workspace, navigate to the navigator, find the workspace, and select the bookmark. This will then display on the sidebar as well.
- When you navigate to favorite's and then workspaces, you will also be able to see your bookmarked workspaces.
- You will also see Lock icons across some workspaces. The Lock icon represents a private workspace.
- A private workspace will display a lock icon after the name of the workspace in the sidebar.

Hi - I have a question on this topic. I am an org admin and the only workspace that is 'pinned' for me is the General workspace. I have many workspaces that are 'bookmarked' but I am curious - why do I only 'belong' and get a 'pin' on the general workspace? How do I 'pin' instead of bookmark a workspace? It seems like 'pins' are ranked above a 'bookmark' on the home screen, which means I always see the General workspace first - in our instance that workspace is essentially useless so I would like to no longer see it or at least see other workspaces before it..
hi Audrey Van de Castle -
The pin will show up for an org admin if you have been added as a user to that workspace. For example, everyone will see 'General' pinned because it will automatically have each user in that workspace
You can add yourself to as many workspaces as you want for them to be 'pinned'. The pinned items will be listed alphabetically so depending on the workspaces names, General will move locations and not be first. Please let me know if that helps
Thanks for explaining that Andrea Zamparini! Do you perhaps know the logic for how 'bookmarked' items are displayed? They don't seem to be alphabetical for me!
bookmarked items are displayed after pinned workspaces (the ones you are a user within)
When you bookmark workspaces, you must refresh the page so the bookmarked workspaces are alphabetical. If you are experiencing differently, please let me know Audrey Van de Castle
