If you receive an Error 600 after installing the DeepHow Capture app, this is due to insufficient permissions to the local device.  The DeepHow Capture app needs access to the following:

• Microphone
• Camera
• Photos

These permissions can be confirmed by performing the following steps:

iOS:
1. Select Settings
2. Scroll Down and select DeepHow Cap
3. Confirm all permissions are allowed (pic below)

Android:

1. Select Settings
2.  Select Apps
3. Scroll down to DeepHow Cap
4. Select Permissions
5. Confirm all permissions are allowed (pic below)
