DEEPHOW | QUICK START GUIDE

FIRST TIME LOGIN

• Open web browser (Chrome is preferred)
• Navigate to https://deephow.ai 
• Select Log-in with your company email/employee ID and activated password OR SSO if set up by your Org Admin 

• If you have forgotten your password, navigate to 'Forgot password' and you will receive an email to change your password

NAVIGATING DEEPHOW AS A PUBLISHER

• Once you successfully log in, you will be located on the Navigator
• If you have the correct role as a Publisher, Workspace Admin, or Org Admin, you will have access to Studio in the toggle

• If you do not see Studio, your role is a viewer and you will need to contact an admin to change your role with the Admin panel
• Identify an existing workspace group and workspace to create content 
  • You may need a new workspace if an existing one does not fit your topic
  • If you need a new workspace, contact your DeepHow Workspace Admin

EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDATIONS 

• The following equipment are recommendations that have enhanced the video capture process and can be purchased from Amazon.
  • Noise-canceling headset such as the Blue Parrot B450-XT or C400-XT
  • Stabilizing gimbal such as the DJI OSMO Mobile 6
  • Check our IT requirements for hardware requirements for your devices

DEEPHOW APPS FOR MOBILE DEVICES

• Mobile apps are recommended for publishers (DeepHow Capture) and those who only want to view (DeepHow Navigator) on a mobile device that can be downloaded from the Apple Store/Play Store
  • Install guide for iOS Navigator and Capture
  • Install guide for Android Navigator and Capture
  • Overview of Navigator and Capture app
• Check with your company IT/Security team to verify if your device needs access
• Open the DeepHow Capture or Navigator App
  • Enter your email address to log in, select Log-in, then select Log-in with your password or with SSO if applicable
  • If your company requires 2-factor auth screen. Select send code to get the code and select verify.  You will be taken to the app home screen.
