Differences between an Org Admin and a Workspace Admin
In summary, Org Admins have broader administrative control over multiple workspaces, including user and content management, settings customization, and permissions. Workspace Admins, on the other hand, have specific administrative control limited to a particular workspace, with a focus on content and user management within that workspace. Workspace Admins may have additional capabilities if granted by the Org Admin.
Publishers –
- Has full access to content within a workspace
- Can capture, edit, and publish for that assigned workspace
- If granted permissions by the org admin, publishers can:
- Can create and assign Skills within a workspace
- Can view Analytics
- Can make content “public”
Reviewers –
- If Workflow Review is enabled by the org admin, a reviewer will be notified of a pending workflow to review and publish
Viewers –
- Can view published content across workspaces (doesn't need to be added to public workspaces to view content)
- Can be assigned Skills from within a workspace
- If granted permissions by the org admin, viewers can:
- Can view Analytics

If we change settings to 'Workspace Admin' require Workflow review we will be able to have a group of SMEs assigned as Reviewers just to make sure a workflow is not stuck in Review limbo if a Reviewer is away. Correct?
In the Org Admin tab:
Can 'Categories' be labeled in different languages?
The LaBatt Breweries in Canada would like Categories (and all Items in Category) have the option to be listed in French-Canadian as well as English.
Thanks,
Derek
Derek Shores For both the Categories in French-Canadian and Ability to send a workflow to a group of Reviewers - may you please post these as feature requests in the Community? I believe these are great and many would agree about the group of reviewers to get a workflow published more efficiently
