Add and Edit Steps
- Select the pencil icon to edit the name of a step at any time.
- Select the trash icon to delete a step from the workflow
Please note that if this step is not located in any other workflow, you will be deleting the content from this workflow completely. The only way to restore this is by resetting the workflow. - Drag and drop the steps in any order that you prefer.
- To add steps from another workflow to your current workflow, select the blue plus icon that is located when you hover before and after each step.
- Select a workflow and select the steps that you want added and select insert.
- Once added, the steps will appear on the bottom of the builder.
Please note: You can only combine workflows in the current workspace. Move a workflow to the current workspace to add it to the workflow.
Workflow Name and Cover
- Select the title of the workflow to edit the workflow name that will display to others and select enter.
- Select the image to update the workflow cover.
- You can navigate to a part in the video,
- Click Select
- Zoom in if needed.
- Once ready, select save.
- You could also choose to upload from a file in your computer for the workflow cover instead.
View Workflow
- In the center of the page, you're able to view the workflow here by step.
- To improve the resolution, select HD to view the workflow
- You can also watch this at two times speed and 1.5 as well.
Attachments, Trim, Erase, and Annotations
- Navigate to attachments and add any diagrams, links, or PDFs. These will appear on the step when a viewer is watching it.
- To trim parts of each step, adjust the blue sliders. Everything in the red outline will be erased when you select Trim.
- You can delete certain smaller sections within the workflow that are not at the ends.
To erase parts within the step, adjust the blue sliders. Everything in the red outline will be erased when you select Erase. - Make any trimming and erasing before adding annotations.
You can add text, and arrows, and draw on each step. You can customize the timestamp on the right-hand side to customize when the annotations are displayed or adjust it on the timeline.
You can delete an annotation at any time. - Make sure to select Save as you are updating your workflow.
Preview Workflow
- You can preview your workflow to see how it would look to other users.
- Once you select the eye icon here, you can review:
- Any attachments that were added.
- The annotations that were created are landing at the correct time
- See our key terms that were added for easier search.
- You also can toggle the subtitles to determine which ones we've added.
Translations
- You can navigate to the globe icon here and this is where you'll be able to add translations.
- Select the plus icon,
- Select a language, and give it a moment for it to load.
- Once the translations have been added, they're also successfully saved.
- You can select the three dots to copy the transcribed transcription along with the original.
Settings Gear
- Add categories by selecting the settings gear.
- You can select a category that's already created and select save.
- You can reset your workflow at any time.
Please note that all the work that you've done to this workflow will be lost and you'll have to start again. - We suggest that you keep a copy of this workflow when you reset so that everything that you've made on this version is saved, but you also have another copy to work with.
Transcription
- Under the gear icon, select review transcription.
- You can edit the lines and adjust the words.
- You can select copy to copy this transcription to your clipboard and paste elsewhere.
- Don't forget to hit save.
- Please note: This will not adjust the audio if you are using TTS.
Publish and Share Workflow
- Go ahead and select publish.
- Once it is successfully published, you'll see that the green icon is here and it says published.
- With this share icon, you can share QR codes, links, and embedded links. You can also export it to download.
