Analytics Raw Data	Integrations website	Production	CSV reports with analytics raw data generated daily. Customers can access the data using the raw-data endpoints from the External API.	On demand.
CSV User Imports	Integrations website	Production	Customers can create or update a batch of users, assign them to workspaces, teams, skills, or disable them.	Available for all orgs
CSV for LMS import	Integrations website	Production	CSV report with workflow data generated daily for LMS integration Customers can also access the data using the workflow-csv endpoint from the External API.	On demand
Workday CSV	DeepHow app	Production	Ability to automatically assign workspace, status, and custom attributes to users based on customer data. Current version requires a FTP connection; customers generate a CSV file with the users attributes and transfer the file to a FTP folder. Mappings are defined to match users attributes with DeepHow workspaces.	On demand. May require some development.
SSO	DeepHow app	Production	Ability to authenticate and log in DeepHow using the customer’s credentials.	On demand. May require some development.
