When attempting to delete a workspace and you are presented with the following message you will need to remove the skills the from the workspace. 

You will need to be logged in as an admin.

1. Go to Skills

2. Select Export Table from the right hand side

3. Open the downloaded csv and look for the Workspace in question

4. You can now see the Skill associated with the Workspace and you are able to remove the skill.
